![]() ![]() I had plans to collect one in each caliber but, since they were essentially killer paperweights that don't have any real value as collectibles I changed my mind and sold the ones I had, though I think I may still have a 9mm barrel around here somewhere. They were terrible guns to shoot because of the trigger and the recoil and the lack of sights made it difficult to hit anything with them, they were belly guns, at best. At one point I had a little collection of four of them in. They are stout and came in a variety of calibers including hot ones like. There are two versions of the large frame Backup, the original AMT and then High Standard starting making them maybe 10 or 15 years ago. ![]() They're uncomfortable to shoot, have terrible DAO triggers, and are heavy for their size.
